I unfortunately experienced an issue with my AC unit this week. Temperature set at 78 degrees however, inside temps reading at 91-94 degrees for my 2 story home (outside temps around 110 past few days). I contacted Juan with Vertex Heating & Cooling and he immediately responded, identified the issue and discussed plan to action. Service completed to the joy and gratitude of myself and 16 year old daughter ( not to mention dogs Flora and Tito 🐾). Highly recommend Juan Alvarez with Vertex Heating & Cooling. He is always hardworking, trustworthy and dependable.

We had an a/c emergency. I called 2 other companies. One tried to up sell me to the tune of $12000. I saw Juan at Vertex on nextdoor and he had great reviews. He came out, found the issue and came back the next day to fix it. I will be using Vertex from now on.

Juan is great, professional and honest. I thought for sure my AC was about to die, and I was worried I was going to have to replace it, or have an expensive repair. He could have told me whatever he wanted, as I know nothing about AC. I would have trusted him and paid whatever to get it fixed. However when it was all said and done he couldn't find anything wrong. Vertex has been the company I call for the last 5 years, they will always be the one I call.
Thank you Juan.

Juan came out on short notice after the AC company we normally use couldn’t get to us. One of our units started blowing hot air, and Juan was at our home within two hours of the phone call. He assessed the situation and notified us of the part that was not working. He had the part on him the we needed, and he had us up and running again within the hour. He was prompt and friendly. I appreciate his time and willingness to come out after 5PM. Will definitely use him again. Thank you so much!

Professional, punctual, highly responsive and transparent pricing with clear communication.

My motor blower went out during Labor Day weekend. I contacted a company that had serviced my unit in the past years, but they only had availability for the following week. At this point, my home was reaching the high 80s. I moved my family and continued to call other companies. Many wanted a deposit upfront with no set date, others had no availability and a few had poor customer service that discouraged me from moving forward with their business. I had lost hope and started to find a temporary solution like short-term stay with family. I came across Vertex Heating & Cooling and made one last call. A man with extreme professionalism answered and had me scheduled for first thing in the morning. I received a text and email shortly verifying the details of the appointment. The next day, I got a text when he was on his way. Juan arrived shortly after the text and quickly identified the problem. He told me exactly what the repair cost would be and got the motor blower replaced. After a few hours, we noticed our a/c wouldn’t drop to a certain temperature and I called them back. They said they could have Juan come back in about an hour and a half. Honestly, I didn’t think he would come back. 20 mins before the hour and a half was up, he called that he was on his way.

Recently, I had another concern with my unit and I didn’t hesitate to call Vertex. I left a voicemail around noon and within 10-15 mins he called back. My wife spoke to him and we were scheduled for same-day appointment. I received the same high level of communication as the first time. Juan explained everything in a way I understood and answered all the questions I had. Juan is a man of integrity.

Vertex with the save!! AC started acting weird last night and my house wasn’t cooling properly. Went outside and my pipes were freezing over, so turned off the system and just started going thru process of elimination. Changed out the filters cause maybe it’s an air flow issue and nothing. Went to turn on the system this morning and got absolutely nothing, no flow and pipes began to freeze again. So called around and couldn’t get anyone out here till end of day today. I did not wanna wait that long especially with a pet in the house. So my wife actually ended up finding this company in Buckeye (Vertex), not too far from where we live and I didn’t even have to wait 2 hours for them to show up. Juan was beyond professional, and very punctual, diagnosed the problem almost immediately (motor went bad.) and with a stroke of luck, they had a motor on hand, replaced it in less than one hour programmed everything and everything started working like normal again. The price was very fair (given how expensive everything is today) and got my AC unit up and running in no time. Even did me the courtesy of checking my refrigerant just for peace of mind flawless work. Thank you Vertex and Juan for your speedy response and excellent service!!

Juan came out on a weekend for an emergency call when our A/C shut off in 100+ degree weather and fixed the issues. This system was only installed 3 weeks prior, and the people who installed it 3 couldn't seem to fix. I tried calling the installers to come out for the 4th time in a week because it kept blowing a fuse. Apparently they aren't open on weekends for emergencies like they claim they are. So I contacted Vertex on a referral from someone. Amazing service and all around great guy to work with.

OMG Juan was amazing he got right to it looked at it and said yup it's your motor, It was a little steep in price but with this heat in AZ it's brutal and I wasn't waiting another day let alone another hr. I highly recommend Vertex I called them at 4 pm they showed up at 6pm, within the hr we are nice and cooled off... Thank you Juan at Vertex 😊😁

This is the second time in the past year or so that Juan has been out to our home for two different issues. This time he was here within an hour of me calling for a simple capacitor replacement. Juan is always pleasant to speak to and as bonus...he doesnt seem to mind satisfying my curiosity by answering my questions while he works. The repair wasn't cheap but he charged a reasonable price for a project I just didn't have the time to sit down and research on my own.

He was prompt and professional.I thought his pricing was more than fair. We used his services for routine maintenance this time. He is the only one we trust for HVAC work. He has been keeping our system running worry free for years. I don't have to worry about unnecessary upcharges.
