Update: 9/22/26:
We had purchased a brand new system from this company and last night a small problem came up. I phoned the company at 8:30 PM and he arrived today at 10:00 AM to address the concern we had to our full Satisfaction! This company is again....the VERY BEST! Hands Down.

I unfortunately experienced an issue with my AC unit this week. Temperature set at 78 degrees however, inside temps reading at 91-94 degrees for my 2 story home (outside temps around 110 past few days). I contacted Juan with Vertex Heating & Cooling and he immediately responded, identified the issue and discussed plan to action. Service completed to the joy and gratitude of myself and 16 year old daughter ( not to mention dogs Flora and Tito 🐾). Highly recommend Juan Alvarez with Vertex Heating & Cooling. He is always hardworking, trustworthy and dependable.

We had an a/c emergency. I called 2 other companies. One tried to up sell me to the tune of $12000. I saw Juan at Vertex on nextdoor and he had great reviews. He came out, found the issue and came back the next day to fix it. I will be using Vertex from now on.
